agree with tinkers..... everytime i go to give pq it says i gotta give to someone else, but others arent making worthwhile posts and i end up giving up until the next great thread pops up and the cycle starts again

Ok it was previously set at 10 (ie you must give points to 10 others before you can 'hit' the same person again).

I've just reduced it to 5 now (it's mainly to stop people abusing the system/to spread the points amongst others).
