wat clutch to get??

hi guys
iam in need of a new clutch pretty soon. but i dont no wat to get, was thinking of the exedy HD one. should i get a new flywheel with it as well and new clutch cylinder. is there any differences between Exedy Heavy duty and Exedy sports organic clutch?
