Throttle problem?

guys, i need some help here.

whenever I step on the gas pedal for about 1 or 2 cm, the pedal will get very tight at a certain point and I have to step on it harder to push the pedal further down, but the friggin thing is.. once i push the pedal past that tight point, it will become normal again which means I am stepping too heavily and car accelerate like crazy.. if you guys know wat i mean

this is getting very very frustrating especially when im in traffic jam, or exiting corner where I have to step on the gas smoothly,... or i b riding horse (not enough gas) then zooooooom (too much gas)...

Try looking at your accelarator cable.

might be kinked or have somthing stoping it from working with ease.

Is it sticking just off idle?
If it is, check the little screw that acts as a stopper to prevent the throttle from jamming itsself shut. open up the throttle as much as you can without effecting the idle speed.
