dc2r centre no arm rest???

Hey, just a quick QUESTION!!

Does any know if the centre armrest console box from a dc2 GSi or VTi-R will fit between the RECARO seats of a dc2r????? I'm talking about the rear section of the centre console with the opening lid. The dc2R's don't come with one and i need a place to rest my ARMS!! =)

i think the sides of the the recaros are too wide and it wont fit.

the reason y the dc2r (and the ek9) don't have the centre armrest/box is cos the recaros are too wide, and is replaced by the slim brake cover instead... same case for ek9.

anyway, if u want an armrest that bad, buy a vtir... cos ur arms should be on the steering wheel while u fang ur dc2r ;) well, that's the idea anyway. but if not, sell me ur recaros and i'll find ya a nice set of vtir seats to accommodate ur armrest :D lol...

nahhh, i've heard someone put a civic centre arm rest on a civic type R ek9 with RECARO's. I heard that it works for the civic, but i'm not quite sure for the dc2r's.

u can put a centre rest on a dc2r buy changing the passenger and driver side seats around so the adjusting knobs are sitting on the outer side instead of the inner sides of the seats. u will also have to switch ther rails too.

yes i am definately sure.
2 people i know have vtir's with recaros. they swap the seats around so the adjusting knob is on the outside.
make sure the seatbelt light warning is ont he correct side also

its a similar case when u put recaros into a dc2 or dc4...must swap the passenger and driver around to fit the centre console.
