MP3 software for mobile phones

Is there anything like this for other phones?

I want something similar to this for mine. I have a Sony Ericsson K750i, and a 2gig memory stick, but the phone's media player is fairly basic and playlist editing is almost non-existent.....In fact you can only sort by artist, title, or as created.

with the k750i id suggest u find sum 1 with the w800i software as it is the same fone just with the walkman mp3 software
