we get H22A1, JDM are H22A
JDM has a wiper on the rear windscreen
JDM speedo only maxes out to 180 kmh not 220kmh
JDM could have an Automatic VTIR as we did not get AT VTIR
ill let the hard core prelude members point out the other differences

just pop in and check if it has climate control.....
you can be pretty much be 100% sure its a jap spec with climate control
or
if it has 1 piece headlights

look at the fuse diagram under the steeriing wheel
also jdm ones have some jap writing located on the cruise control, and shift lock
AND also came with 9 speaker stereo system.. usually has a speaker on the centre of the dash and rear 6x9 that acts as a sub

one piece headlights
rear wiper
'nostrils' will have 1 bar not 2 (but i THINK came on some AUDM too)
probably have japanese writing on the sun visor
will have climate control
will have 9 speakers
then you could look for some typical JDM options such as flare kit (i think)
but yeah....go JDM!
i dont think the original VIN number on jdm ludes were recorded when theyre imported, so instead you'll have to look for the IMPORT compliance plate, think its yellow for personal import.

9 speakers in the jdms??? where wud all these b??
you got your 2 standard front speakers and 2 rear speakers
then 2 tweeters in both corners of the dash
rear 6x9 speaker in the backseat
and the last 2 tweeter speakers are in the centre dash speaker cover
i swear it sounds awesome with the addition of the tweeters
