Hey guys....just wondering if anyone is getting this message ? i got it last night and been getting it today. :confused:


There seems to have been a slight problem with the database.
Please try again by pressing the refresh button in your browser.

An E-Mail has been dispatched to our Technical Staff, who you can also contact if the problem persists.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

Yep i've been getting that error a fair bit since late yesterday arvo. Also got this error alot a few weeks back.

it comes and goes mr Zdster. It'll be allright for like 30 min then come back and piss me off for 10 min...then be ok 10 min later.

I get it all the time at random times, some times refreshing the page 50 times makes it go away -_-

quit mod bashing man. nothing to do with the mods. :thumbdwn:

as noted it is ADMIN, mods have no access to server side of things. only wyn and ben do (afaik)

anyway an hour or 2 away from ozhonda would probably do the majority of you some good lol

Everyone, don't blame the moderators as it is a server/admin thing. I've since had the 'max connections' increased due to the increasing growth of the site. The site is getting more and more visits and it seems like we will have to go onto a bigger/faster server.

The bandaid 'upgrades' that we have had to date don't seem to be quite cutting it. there will be some downtime as we change servers ETC but hopefully this will be for the better in the long run.
