How to remove interior plastics (vents, door handles, etc) in EK civic?

I've set myself a little project for the easter weekend - to paint some of the interior plastics in my EK.

I was wondering how to remove things like air-con vents and the interior door handles, etc so I can paint them away from the car and do a good job of it.

Also are there any paints I should/shouldn't be using?

itd be waayyy too hard to try to explain everything to you...but srsly...its not too hard...if you fiddle around...look for screws/clips...but REMEMBER where everything goes and try not to lose something

door handles. --- pull the door handle and look inside the gap.. + screw. just un screw and remove.

paint --- heat proof and that is goona stick on plastic etc.
