Sticky Gears

I have found that with constant changing of gears (such you would encounter at start - stop traffic)
My gears become quite sticky (as it takes extra effort to put it into gear)

I own a DC2R and when i first start the car the gears are perfect but as soon as i start to encounter traffic it becomes sticky.

Does anybody know what the problem might be

(PS, I have tried changing my gearbox fluid and i am already using top quality gear oil)

Maybe the Synchro's are worn. How many km's has the gearbox done?

Have you tried using Honda MTF instead?

If that was the case wouldnt it be sticky on start up as well.

Remember its perfect untill i hit traffic
