front & rear lips ?

depends what style u want mate. theres heaps of places that make lips for the lude, hell i can make a lip for a lude (mind u itll be made from cardboard)

honda will supply an OEM lip kit, but stuff like WWRS are really rare and have to be sourced through USA, i got the greddy front lip and mugen sides which was impossible to source, had to go through trust japan and a guy in USA for the mugen.

ur post is way too empty, fill it up with what style u want, how much u want to pay, and if u have a preference on material.

If you want genuine mugen, you might have to go through an importer; but there's plenty around who'll get them for you.

If you want copies, heaps of places can supply mugen copies in australia. The ones I had on my old gen5 were OK, but like all copies need a little bit of finishing work to sit flush with the car. I ended up shipping my kit to a guy in perth when I sold my car. Here's a bad pic where you can't actually see the bodykit :D;

If you look really closely under the RHS headlight, the panel gap is a little off. Not too bad otherwise. I got pretty good at changing the front & sides to stock, I could do it by myself in 10 minutes with a screwdriver. Personally, the only kits I like on gen5 is the honda OEM or mugen. Don't really like the veilside style ones, no class :D
