Hey guys, finally we are starting to get the ball rolling for the OZhonda Hoodies. We need you to submit some designs here, the more the better. Once we have enough designs submitted we will run a poll as to which design is best.

So start submitting :thumbsup:

Please keep company logos & registered trademarks off the designs.

Also keep this thread clean, we will have another poll thread to discuss which designs we like the best. I will only leave comments that are related to the design of the hoodies :thumbsup:

Because there have been more submissions than expected, submissions will close this week. End date is now 30th of APRIL

Mr Crex - We haven't discussed this yet but I think we will go screen printing. I haven't checked prices yet, but I think screen printing will be best. Were just trying to gather up some designs first.

There will be a poll up soon to decide what design is the best, were just after design ideas at the moment.

Prices, sizes, colours, etc... have not been decided yet as we are only in the early stages of getting this going.

As RMN15N stated, there are a number of non-vtec Honda owners here and it might be wise to think about general OzHonda designs. Furthermore, although I am not that well versed in this area, the term 'vtec' may have some copywrite issues?

Personally, I would like to see some more of the simple designs as already seen by typicalmale and dc2dc2dc2.

Here's my design. I really think it should say something about what ozhonda is... Care should be taken in making sure all text can be viewed when the hood is up and down.

Some line art drawings of all honda makes and models would be cool, but there isn't enough room for all of them.. maybe just type r variants. It would be difficult to keep everyone happy as far as car selection on a hoodie goes :D.

In regards to the stitching, I am not sure how feasable that will be. The cost would be higher (or at least I assume) plus it wouldnt look very good if it were screen pressed.

Colours are of mugen stripe . red, gold, black, grey
The stitching and red highlights from type-r hondas and s2000s' etc.
Zip jacket for the more modern sophisticated look.
OZhonda modestly imprinted on the front where brand names usually are with the mugen stripe above it.
Zipper of course red..but the entire jacket should use dark red, so the contrast between black and red is not too much.
Grey Mugen Logo at the back with mugen, for the TEAM Mugen look jacket look.

Maybe a small honda motorcycle wing logo on the arm will make sure honda motorbikes are not forgotten with the design.
or on the arm it could say

thats an excellent design yes..
but imo its too loud.. too much attention
black cotton and red cotton mixed on one jumper does not necessary look as good in real life as it does in pics.

Not bagging you out... but i just wouldnt wear that in public, not that i have any fashion knowledge...

but it doesnt matter because thats just my opinion :)

hey all.. i just saw that no logo's r not to be used incase oz honda gets sued well this is just a plain design .. and i rkn is good to go because no one thought about the budget this will b cheap to manufacture stiched on or printed either way. it has a zipper and the ozhonda logo .. cheap,clean and not to conspecuous.

Coz there have been more than expected designs submitted (we have about 50 now) This will be closed at the end of the week, 30th of april.

Sorry guys i couldnt be bothered reading all the previous pages, but has it been suggested of just making different sized iron-ons that you could buy? They'd be cheaper to make and so more safe and easier for Wyn and everyone to sell to us. Just an idea. Then we can iron them on to our own jumpers we buy ouselves, so everyone can have their own little designs.
