Currently having some wack idling probs with my JDM B16A2.

Cleaned out the whole intake / tb setup at least a month ago. Problem has been ongoing for a while (before cleaned) now but cant really find a solution.
There has been idling problems since the beginning and it has just got worse over time. Currently cold start revs @ 1k then warm revs a little bit higher but then hunts. The idle is very rough and uncomfortable. Its as if it has big cams with this rough idle or ITBs but none of them. Replaced with an OEM TB gasket but no better. Timing advanced a bit but no advantage.

Have new timing belt and tensioner but yet to install. Tappets were adjusted but still noisey and loud - noise is coming from the cam cover filter.
The TB gasket, we thought would at least fix it as the old one was snapped in two. The car has been lacking its original torque for a while now and the exhaust is quite dodgy.

Anyone else had similar problems? And if so, what do you recommend? possibly a sensor or ?

Have you cleaned the IACV?
