Is a trade considered a buy or a sell?
Or a trade with links to sale type sites officially a sale? I've noticed a couple people got though a loophole...

I wish I could sell stuff... But I have nothing to sell....
And it's probably going to be a million years before I become a member because I'm still picking up things here and there on OH. I'm a dumb shit!
HOORAH!

Because we get people signing up with no intention what so ever to contribute to the Ozhonda community, but with personal monetary gains in mind.

ie - they abuse our website for their own benefit (of selling their unwanted stuff, or commerical goods).

It is not the way or the direction the admin wants this site to be taken.

Just a thought,
There is probably a whole lot of good stuff that we will all miss out on because us noobs cant list it for sale.
IMO the trial period should suffice to weed out most of the ill intentions & just moderate the rest.
Most of us will never be able to contribute to the level expected to gain enough PQ's,even though we have the best of intentions.
Dont hurt the dumb for sake of the evil.
My 2 cents..... :o

i agree with CRXer.
And also lot of the old members where here before the point system was put into place and that they wouldve become members by the amount of posts they done (please correct me if im wrong), and now the new comers have to stick with this point system, where as CRXer said Most of us will never be able to contribute to the level expected to gain enough PQ's,even though we have the best of intentions. and some of the old members are members probably without even contributing and by just spamming

thanks

its realy not that hard

where not expecting you to help someone with a automatic transmition problem, but atleast post sensible information and you will get a point or two.

90 days is long enough to rack up the 1 point required to become a member.

We're not going to stand down on our decision of introducing the Points System.

If you say you're not here to sell stuff, then Member or Newcomer shouldn't really matter.

If you're whinging because you can't sell your stuff here, there are heaps, and I really mean HEAPS, of other options/places to sell 'em.

We'll leave this discussion concerning the points system here.
If you wish to discuss more about this, then start a new thread.

Actually, there isn't much more to say about the topic at hand as Win has already said it is not possible, but nevertheless, it was a good suggestion though |N| :)
