can i ask how did you make the template to do the subwoofer baffle?

hey NUTTZ, the back baffle is actualy in 3 peices but with 1 peice of carpet over the lot. wat jayson did was, get a peice of cardboard, cut it to the height of the boot then slowly but surely, cut it to the shape of the side pannels, then when he finaly got it the right shape cut a small channel out were the boot arms hinge on. then repeated steps 1-10 on the other side. then got an overall wideth. then plonked the cardbourd on a sheet of mdf and cut it out at the full width,

then found out it was a pain in the ass to get on and off, sooo he cut it into 3 peices soo that it was easy to get on to the sub box and was easy to remove 1 side so that u could adjust amp settings. he also put a simple carpet board accross the roof of the parcell shelf so that the baffle fascia butted up to the carpet and all u could see was carpet rather then boot hinges and speaker wholes. i'lll get some pics when i got some light, and time for that matter, soo that i can show rather then try and explain.

i got the funniest look today when i drove past some P plater in my grandad car and had the new hill top hoods album cranked, hahah the whole boot was mooving to the beat lol. he was shocked lol
