hard to say mate without looking at it... could have shorted anything... Just wait for ur auto electrician to fix it....I had the same thing happen to me where I did something and the SRS light stayed on... had to take it to honda to reset it.

Do your power mirrors work?
If not recheck your No13(I think) 7.5A fuse under dash.
Check for continuity with multi or test with known good fuse but make sure fault does not still exist at Rear defog switch first!
This circuit affects all things you listed, and be careful ,ABS prob dont work either.
BTW was it the indicator globe or dash light globe that you sparked up,they are both in the switch,I'd say the indicator ,ie rear defog on,cause this is the one associated with probs you listed.Auto elec might have just checked dash lights fuse?

bridge the short connector and the ABS light will blink out the fault code, that will help pin point the problem.

Firstly maybe start a new thread vtec king so people can search it easier(would this be correct?)
I assume you had the handbrake fully off when you drove?
Next as ECU-MAN said short the service check connector(2 pin plug) located near passenger kick panel in teg's maybe same for gen 3's.
Then turn ign on,pretty sure ABS light will come on for a few seconds then go off again for a few then note blink sequence/sequences after that.If you miss them or unsure turn ign off and start again.I think memory erased if short removed before recheck,so make sure you get it before removing short.Tegs only store 3 codes max assume same for gen 3,you'll prob only get one(in the form of 3 blinks,1 sec pause,2 blinks for a 3-2 code, etc then few secs till next code)
Maybe just do the simple things first, check all other elecs working, visual inspect all fuses(Main fuse box, under dash fuse box & ABS fuse box),check brake fluid etc.
My thoughts some moisture buildup somewhere, possibly insects etc taking a liking to the rex while your away.......
Anyway post results in new thread
BTW thanks for the PQ's guys, just a sparky tryin to plumb a B18C into one of my gen 2's ATM,hence the teg & crx wiring knowledge, sure i'll have a few Q's of my own coming shortly *sneaks off to find all posts by ECU-MAN*
