Does anyone know which way to turn the needle on the shocks to adjust them?
Bought the Coil-overs 2nd hand, Adjustable TEIN HA DC5R. How many clicks for street mode or track mode is recommended? Anyone got some instructions if they are similar to S-S or other TEIN Coilovers?

Cheers Guyz

adjustment is a personal set up. it depends on how u like it. dont listen to other people. different people different setups

yep.. for street it really depends how you liek to ride.. cuz some sydney street are killer bumps and un even road etc etc. so i put it on softest setting.. i tried it on 5 clicks front and 3 rear and it was to pain killing of a ride.

though i think in a dc5r you put stiffer setting on the rear.. all other honda usually stiffer setting on the front.

hopefully someone else can give you a better answer for a dc5r

What i was told by fulcrum was, adjust front and rear to the middle but have the front like 4 clicks more (hard). Start by adjusting the front to your likings. Try different stiffness until your personal likings then adjust the rear if need too.

Hope this helps you.

the way you adjust the damper across the front n rear is very influencial to handling so experiment and as said - "find" the best setting for your car.

yea took me a while to work out the best track settins for myself... and for st i m just sitting on the softest settins for a more comfy ride....

then again as everyone said... each person likes their car to handles differently and each of us has diff driving style. ... so its best if u can experiment it and work out the best settins.
