manual/auto? colour? condition of interior, service history...accurate KMS? accident history, there's quite a few different things you should let us know.

the best word of advice you can get is to get a trusted mechanic to get it checked out, the engine may seem mint, but there are always hidden nasties that go unnoticed when you examin the car by yourself!
honestly with the body damage, thats totally up to you to get fixed later on if you're willing to.. for that i would pay 10k-11k.. whats the seller's asking price?
as long as it hasnt been in an accident, few minor dings and dents are alright.

but thats just me, hope it helps!

i would say around $10K with those damange and RWC

wouldnt pay more for it
if its the austrailian model then around $12K but since its the JDM then no more then $10K

its funny how the jdm model has more power and heaps more options than the audm model, yet it has to go for less since it is an import and parts are rare to get in australia.. ah well!

ive seen prelude can go for upto $1000 australian in japan
and this is the vtir one

the australian is more expensive as it was redesign to suit australian enviroment
eg headlight, AUS is made out of glass where as the JDM is plastic
and the octane that the car use
AUS has 95-98 at the time it was made whereas japan haslike 100-110
