do you set to 'N' while waiting at the lights or idling a little while (2-3 mins)?

I used to leave it in drive. I spose you could put it into neautral to take your foot off the brake but really, it isn't that hard to rest your foot there for 5 minutes.

you are suposed to leave it in drive neautral churns up the oil a lot quicker witch in turn heats it witch thins it witch makes it flow better not a good thing for anything hydraulic.
Best things you could do to an auto is get an oil cooler and a shift kit taxis have them fitted cause of the long idle periods they have otherwise they kill the bands in about 6 months
