Folks, just saw undergroundimports.com.au offering the Jazz full handling kit at a reasonable price - see http://undergroundimports.com.au/ecommerce/os/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=164.

It includes: FRONT LOWER BAR, REAR TOP STRUT BAR, MID STRUT BAR, C PILLAR and LOWER REAR BAR.

Has anyone actually installed this & is the money worth it?

Also, does anyone also have pictures on where/how/what it looks like after installation?

Can this kit can be installed by a a dumb run-of-the-mill driver (like me)? Or do you need specialised equipment, etc. to install them?

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Hey, yeah i have the full kit installed, however mine wasn't x-force, i mixed & matched... Yes i definetly do think it is worth while, & yes any run of the mill person can install it...as long as you have a jack & a pair of stands...

currently i'm using spoon front bar, summit lower arm & H-bar, J's racing rear & c-pillar, would have to be one of the best mods i've done...

Thanks Zimp13 - you seemed to be the one who sold your Jazz struts. I presume you agree with the feedback there that it does improve the handling (such as cornering, turning, etc.) considerably. In other words, worth the money. In that case, the remaining question is: how to install & what does it look like?

I went through the entire thread and found all the pictures were "crossed-out". Hence I've got no idea how the pieces look like when installed or where/how are the installation. Do you happen to have these pic with you?

Do it!

Tie it together with a nice set of coilovers and you'll be out-handling most cars on the road

My problem with the rear strutsbar is the noises that it will create. Man! its annoying. Furthermore too much bar all over the car make you loose space. :(

noise? none of the jazzes in melbourne making any noise at the rear.... loose space??? only the rear boot bar..... not really loose space just restricting it... if really needed, just take the middle of the boot bar out... 2 bolts only, 2 minutes job....

If you've got noise coming from your sway bar then it either hasn't been installed properly or its hitting on your exhaust. There was DIY for an quick fix for this recently, have a search and you should find it.

As for handling mods, they get the thumbs up from me. Whats the point of being able to go 250 km's per hour on the streets. Its not safe. Its all in the corners mate, all in the corners!!!!

Get some matching coilovers and you won't have to worry about that commodore driver thats tailgating you because they'll have to slow down to go through the roundabout while you can just cruise through at 60 and not even worry about breaking traction.

Thumbs up from me!!!
