help:carby eg

hi guys

im having problems with my 1992 eg single cam carby,heres the story,iv just changed my head gasket,bolt everything back up ,but what has happend is ,its not starting, it cranks over but doesnt turn on,but when i put in brand new spark plugs it started with 1 turnover,but idols and pops,think its running abit rich,and alot of black smoke ,drove around for about 3 hours, the next morning went outside to start the car but wont crank over,untill i went and got new plugs

where can i find info about carby hoses and tuning

If you have a gl with the twin side draft carbs check out the concerto manual here: http://www.honda.co.uk/car/owner/workshop.html

It may be slightly different. Mainly the emissions stuff. However it should give you a basic idea.
