Accord (As reported on Vtec.net)

- Illuminated steering wheel controls for audio/cruise functions.

- Restyled alloy wheels.

- Side curtain airbags on ALL models.

- Slightly revised reverse light.

- Available Hybrid model

Wonder how long it will take for these changes to arrive in OZ, considering the Euro is selling like hotcakes as is, I'd say not for a while.

The backlite steering wheel controls would be nice......

HONDA's new hybrid system dubbed IMA (Integrated Motor Assist)

the civic sedan on sale in Oz already has it, its a simplified version of Toyotas prius system.

so its not a performance hybrid, its a fuel/electric hybrid.

Correct.

But it can be used for example, to give the performance of a 3lt, from only 2.4lt.

eg. added performance without the environmental penalties
