hi guys, does anyone know anything about Spoon Ecu's, ive been searchin on the web and all ive been getting is "it does a good job". does anyone know some specifics about it, and how much it could increase the power of my car when tuned?

The spoon ECU is non-tuneable. Its simply a slightly improved STOCK ECU , with collated data relating to fuel consumption, ignition timing, exhaust emissions, etc. IT equals = improved power apparently.

Yeah, it's basically a "remapped" Jdm stock ecu which have richer A/F, more timing and produce more power. But it also increase your fuel consumption alot.

Yeah, it runs VERY rich. PM Yonas (EG5) at JDMYard, he has one on his EG hatch.

for the money you spend on the spoon ecu,
you might aswell get a tuneable ecu which can be tuned to your specifications.

so basically all it does is remap the data? what ecu would u guys recomend for a bb1 prelude like mine?

r u going to do internals or just stop on bolt ons? what kind of mods do u have on ur car? what r your plans?
