hey all just thought id post up some pics of my install (boot shot only atm) and some of the progress shots of Ru$ki's install i did.

Pretty cool, install.

I'm still yet to finish mine... need front splits and a monoblock for the sub.
Also need to sounded my doors, so i got a llloooooooonnnngggggggg way to go before i'm happy with my setup

Yeah i am no where near happy splits are this months task and deadening everywhere the boot pic is the only one i have of mine the others are Ru$ki 's civic.

That's a pic of what i've got installed so far, all i've really done is mount the amp on a MDF panel (carpeted it of course) installed 6x9's and the sub. I'm planning to get my hands a little dirtier and try something a bit more difficult when i get the monoblock. I'm probably gonna do a fibreglass/mdf box and mount it between the boot wall and wheel arch.

BTW which sound deadening material do you use? Know any place which i can get dynmat for cheap? lol


PS: i was serious about that dynamat question! so PM me in u know!!! Thanx... lol

No kidding!! I didn't even look at them on the site, I copied them to paint and resized so I could see them in full!! LOL!

My guess is that instead of using normal terminal, you're using a plug and socket type instead?

Well thats not my car that Ru$ki's i just did the install for him but we thoguht about where to mount them be a bit different and the crossovers look nice they supply them with clear covers so why not show them off i want to put an led in each to light it up but we havent got around to it yet.

ahh ok then, well i think quite a few people install it into the door pockets but deeper down so it doesnt hang out as much.

wat was that quiz about? the suitcase?

No what the type of plug sockect i have used to connect the sub box in.

It's a Neutrik connector isn't it? I used to have one for my sub when it was in my Corolla.

yeah thats the brand Neutrik make the best connectors i nthe world everyone tries to copy and fails.
