Aftermarket K20 cams

Whos got aftermarket K20A cams here? I was told that the Crower one's are an extremely tight fit in the EP3 / Type R. Only the IPS' fit right but the Crowers dont. What else is out there other than Toda, and IPS?

I've heard that Buddy Club spec IV will be released soon. Around the 300 duration mark, I dont know about lift.
