I just have purchased the new auto salon mag for this month and to my surpise you get a kick ass free DVD. Please to inform you guys that there is this chapter on the dvd where they buy a Crx 1989 for $2500 and turbo the Crx to the max and it eats up the supercars. In total it cost $18000. Now that bang for ya bucks. Its a good watch for any honda fan. May give ya idea or to. Plus you get a hole load of drifting cars and highly tuned cars on the DVD,I recommend it. :)

yeh wasnt that from the high octane performance "overboost" dvd, if it was they use a vtec crx and turbo it, the only reason that its so cheap is that they do it in NZ, the car cost peanuts there

But one thing I couldnt understand is that the fastest time the crx ran was in the low 13's (i think, correct me if im wrong). When it was up against the Aston Martin V12 vantage and the M3 and skyline it was only running 14's?. I thought a 237kw or whatever it was would run quicker times than that.

its called lack of traction they were on st tyres

also the car is fitted with a switch for low boost at take off and high boost once traction is obtained. Depending on how you'd shift and when youd hit the switch - thats the time you run.

The Tokyo Drift car's are the current Issue, the DVD came with the previous issue or the one before that.

Banzai was running on 18's wasn't it? I think that'd slow it down as well.
