Removing the Head Unit.

Can anyone tell me how step -by-step to remove the head unit (CD player) from the factory one..?
Btw, its from a DC5..

For what car?
Honda usually has their headunit bolt down from behind, so you need to reach behind the dash and undo the bolts, than push the unit out...
