For members:
1. Members should obey the rules on ozhonda.
Just like some unrelated questions should be in lounge section.
2. Reply only its informative and helpful.
3. I think someone need to start a thread with all the links to the specific questions covered before.Instead of people keep asking the same questions.
For Mods:
1. Need to enforce the behaviors for members.
2. Give more hints or tips for members.
3. Look after every one fairly.

That's our duty if those don't happen.

That's what a "Sticky" is, it's basically a thread that stays at the top for everyone to see. There have been numerous threads created asking the difference between a gli and cxi civic, a simple search with "civic differences" comes up with all the info that's needed... but nobody bothers to do it, they prefer being spoon fed.
As for members only replying if their post will be informative and helpful is good but can also be a problem. Many people will believe that what they have to say is correct because they've heard it done elsewhere, or a mate of their's has supposedly done something similar. This is just an opinion formulated on word of mouth, not actual first hand experience and this is were a problem can arise.
An examply of this would be when someone told me that I should get an oil filter cleaning kit rather than buying a new oil filter, he isn't very mechanically inclined yet he stands by what he says. I do have more knowledge than he does when it comes to cars, it also helps that my dad is a mechanic, so i know that it's pointless to spend $30 on a cleaning kit for oil filter which is going to cost me $5. My point in that example is that he believed what he said was informative and useful (which is why he was adament in what he said), but in reality it would probably do more harm than good, so it'll be dificult for members to judge what's helpful or not.
