my f*ckin floormats wont stay in its proper position but keeps creeping all the way forward. it doesnt affect my driving but it just looks ugly and i get the sh*ts from it... at every traffic light i pull them back into its proper place.

anyone have any smart and neat ideas on how to anchor the floormats to the ground?

sorry... should have elaborated a lil more. My floormats have the holes but i dont seem to have the clips/anchors on the floor. im pretty sure there weren't any coz i spent a good 5 minutes looking for them..

i have a feeling that i didnt check hard enough... lol

I have a similar problem with the mat...but mine is because (as trip said, the hole where the pole thing goes through) has been ripped a bit..so doesnt keep it in place.

I'm pretty sure urs will be the same problem...either that or it wasnt in the hole to begin with. haha

maybe use some double sided tape to hold them down?

i have also tried that!

dbl sided velcro/tape just comes off...haha

possible solution
1) get new mats
2) DIY your own hole in the mat to fit the little pole
3) Do nothing and put up with it. :)

Try using cable ties to the hole in the floor to the hole in the mats!

They sound like they do have genuine honda mat's but they've either lost or broken their anchors!
