to start with i'd do...

Cold Air Intake - $400
4-1 JDM ITR Headers - $700
2.25" Mandrel Bent Cat-Back - $400

After that, if you wanna go further...

68mm Throttle Body - $400
Intake Manifold - $450
More Agressive Cams - $800-$1000

Unless you plan on driving at high revs all day i suggest you get 4-2-1 headers cause they are alot better for mid to high range revving.

Where as 4-1 headers are only effective at high rev range.
4-1 headers also make your car tougher to drive (as a daily driver)

Most of that applies to the Gsi also. Have a read of the other stickies and if you still can't find the information you need PM an integra forum moderator and they will re-open this thread for you.
