Surfing the web to find some alignment components (See here) (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=44319), I stumbled across these:

NRG adjustable coil springs (http://www.modacar.com/products/Honda/Civic/NRGADJCOILS/NRG+Innovations.html)

Omni Power adjustable springs (http://www.modacar.com/products/Honda/Civic/OPARHS/Omni+Power+Adju.html)

Proac'tive adjustable springs (http://www.modacar.com/products/Honda/Civic/PASpr/Proac%27tive+Ad.html)

what are your opinions? Would I be better off keeping my current springs (King super-lows) and getting a set of coil-over sleeves, or are these not even worth considering?

hmmm...i think its better to not bother with those. I havent really heard anything too flash about those (the general design and function). I would stick to something more 'stable' , i.e. just get a set of lows, or order a pre-made set of springs from the states (they have greater height range for our cars). Any pre-made and set i think is always better and safer.

they are only really useful if they come with progressive springs... i am in the process of ordering a set and i already know that the spring rate is not going to match my KYB struts...

get cheap full coilovers like G4s/D2s
