Ive been reading up on some of the topics that have been brought up in the past weeks about aftermarket front lips.
I currently own a Championship White DC2R 2001 and it has the stock OEM LIP attached already.
With some of the pictures ive seen such as the ones below suggest that the lip is actually placed on top of the original.
Am i right or wrong in saying this (please correct me if im wrong and explain it, because im looking at getting a custom carbon fibre lip made and i want to know how it will be mounted)

Hey there...nice pics.
In terms of lips for the Dc2R...i believe you will need to take of the OEM one before fitting on the aftermarket ones. Its a straight replacement.
Do you mind if i ask where you are getting a carbon fibre lip?
I have been after one for a long time (a dc2r owner too...)...and found all are from the US which is very costly....

Thats what im sorta still figuring out myself.
I was thinking of maybe going to a bodyshop and getting it custom made.
Otherwise i think my friend has a connection that could hook me up :D
I also know that modproject offer the mugen lip but its only in polyutherane

I know that Streetstyler sells the mugen lip for the facelifted integra (about $200 - 300) not carbon fibre though DAMN!
Why cant Australia be more with the times like Japan and others. :(

Unfortunately for DC2/4 owners, Australia dont supply many "tasteful" lips and kits for our shape cars!
Majority of them are from the States and can be quite costly!!
Custom work will definately set u back a fair bit.
