ive got a good deal on some 17 x 6.5 40+ wheel

i think it should sit alright? on superlows.

does camber have anything to do with size of wheels?

would i have less c amber issues with 16's then 17's

or is it all teh sussy setup

i had 19s on my del sol a while ago...didnt have any problems apart from not being able to turn lock to lock....now i got 17s and they're perfect....so for ur car 17s may be alrite....although u may need to roll your guards if ur car is really that low

17x7 is fine as well, i got em on my eg, and it's perfectly fine.
so 17x6.5 should even be better.
in my opinion.

^^ that is my car with 17 x 7.5 on superlows with stock shocks.

I have VERY SLIGHT rubbing problems only on very bumpy roads and while turning, other than that it is fine.

Camber issues are related to the sussy setup more than anything, the more you drop it without a camber kit - the more negative camber you will get as the car negativly sags anyway.

For better control - get a nice coilover set and a camber adjust kit. That is my next move on my car.

But - as far as your questions are concerned, 17 x 6.5 +40 would sit fine on superlows man. No problem at all.

I can't say I've seen a 195/40/R17 tyre... most of them are at least 205s mate. 205s will be fine!

I think he means just roll out the guards...

Its better to roll it out though, cause I've got 17" on my EG and she's been dumped on her ass literally, the scraping from lock to lock and uneven surface is a nightmare at times!
