lol dude.. why not tell us all what shop that is so we can avoid it :p

nah its definately not that much... Top Ten and Big O both charged me only $10 a corner... $20 per tyre obviously if both rims have tyres and your swapping them over with eachother...

on a side note, paying that $10 per tire is not a bad longevity investment for tyres if you get uneven inner/outer wear..... they take say the tyre of your left side if you have outer wear and swap it to the right so the worn part is now on the inside.

tyres shouldnt wear unevenly so this mainly applis for the folks who track/circuit race as i'm sure you guys would have a specific toe/camber setup that would screw your tires on day to day straight road driving/cruising.

I would pay $40 if it was like a 215/35R18 or 19 as it normally takes 2 or 3 guys to get it off properly.

$10 for anything 40 profile or above is what I would be paying/charging.

serious? i thought they were no different as they all get put through that same machine to take the tires off?

man my mates gfs uncle owns the MAYHEM porsche boxter (270wkw NA) and his 19s cost him $1500 a pop!!!

Put it this way, I normally change my own tyres cause I am a tight ass. I paid another workshop $40ea to change each tyre for my 215/35R18 on my SSS and the old 255/30R20 on my X-Trail.

Super low profiles have nearly no room to fit the tyre lever in between the bead and the rim. I would prefer to yell at someone else for ripping my tyre side wall open :D
