Pioneer Headunit

Hi guys

Im not sure if you guys know about this but my screen on my headunit has gone completely blank *cry*

Anyone know what could be wrong, i know it happend before because i short circut a wire but how does that happen...i miss my perty pictures :(

i want to take it back to strathfield car radio but when i purchased it they said they dont have insurance for it because i wouldnt let them install it for $200 even when i paid like $1500 for it tight asses... :(

to mention pioneer and screen blanked out plus the swear word in there that starts with "S" doesnt help much in the way of trying to answer your question, all youve done is make us ask you more questions haha we're not mind readers :p

9600mp, slide down face or should i say 2 faces? sounds like an American unit to me by the model number, and if it is the one that has 2 faces then it could be the ribbon cable is cactus :)
