Hi Guys,

When I put on my key on the ignition and I turn it to on, My RPM guage will jump to 1000 prm. The idle is fine but the reading on the meter is wrong.. Is ther anyone who eperienced this same problem?

what do you mean jump to 1000? shouldn't it do that when you turn the car on?

electrical problem...check all your ground wire locations (gearbox , engine head , battery etc) and also check your VSS (vehicle speed sensor) is properly plugged in...

suppose to be but I think Ben is right, Ill check all the electrical connection later tonight..

spot on what Ben said.
and just make sure that your engine has already properly warmed up. and restart your car and see what happen.

I tried to check all the wiring and ground last night but its all look fine. do you guys know the best place to check the electrical issue??

bring it to a mechanic who's used to do wiring work.
