Where are you located mate?If you are in Southeast area...I suggest you go to N1 factory. They use Elf oil fairly good price $100 I think.
Chasers is also really good. They are located in west melb ...They use Motul 8100 and 300V.

As others have stated, depends if you want a Honda dealership service or something else.

If you want dealerships there are a number, and have heard nothing but good things about Travis Honda.

dealers are obviously more expensive than other workshops..... yet the dealers have the honda expertise, we have small workshops calling us asking us how to do things all the time

it really depends on your location and what you are after

What dealer will give you is the official HONDA service stamp on your log book.

cam belt is usually about $340
service..$350-450 depending on what needs to be done
(average full retail dealer prices)

you shouldn't be paying any more than that at 100k unless have a few problems or need tires or something like that

I recently purchased an auto climate control for my car. How much do you charge for the installation only? Have you done this before.. change the manual climate control to auto climate control?

where did you buy it from? new or 2nd hand from wrecker?

you will finder dealers will VERY rarely want to fit parts supplied from wreckers or anywhere bar the dealership just in case the part goes to shit and the person comes back complaining. but yes we can do anything repairwise to hondas lol, we know our shit :)

Yeah it's 2nd hand from wrecker.. coz i can't find a new one from aus honda dealer.. they ran out of stock :( how much it gonna cost me? also i've got problem with my air conditioning: it smells not nice. I brought it to one of honda dealer service but they said my car doesn't have any a/c filter to be replaced and just put perfume on it. Any idea how to get rid the smell?

not really something you can quote unless you know what the problem is. we'd need to look at the car and diagnose it

Honda Berwick - Major Service 80,000 $495
Honda Oakleigh - Mahor Service 80,000 $795 what a vague, useless post.
you haven't mentioned what car or what each dealer included for that price

yeah some of my friends said that honda oakleigh and astoria is the best service dealer.. but is it really true?
i'm pretty sure astoria won service dealer of the year last year..... but travis honda is usually regarded as the best service wise (by other dealers and honda australia staff i've spoken to)
we've won service dealer of the year like 7 times and we've got some of the top-ranked techs in australia. the only thing for most people on here is we're down near frankston
