I need an amp to power my focal 165V2 splits ( 75 WRMS running @ 4 OHM). Then I came across this Coustic 1200S-2 channel amp on sale for $250 (rrp $700). Specs:

Power Output: 150 Watts RMS x 2 Channels at 4 Ohms and ≤ 1% THD+N
Signal to Noise Ratio: 80dBA (reference: 1 W output)
Additional Power Output:
300 Watts RMS x 2 Channels at 2 Ohms and ≤ 1% THD+N 600 Watts RMS x 1 Channel bridged at 4 Ohms and ≤ 1% THD+N
Frequency Response: 20 Hz - 20 kHz (-3dB)
Maximum Input Signal: 5V
Maximum Sensitivity: 100mV
THD+N (Distortion) (reference: 1 W output): <0.25%

Should I take it?

dang, you missed out. But yeah, that's hella cheap for the AMP1200S. I can vouch for Coustic amps. They're awesome for the price you pay for and at least it's a proper brand.
