Was wondering if anyone knew the owner or if he is a member?? he shows up here and there and does consistent 11s...
was wondering generally what he has done or if its NA/Turbo.
seeing this kinda got me into the crossroads of S2k/Evo/3000GT/S15/MR2 for next car purchase...

That would be Elaug. The car is featured in Serious Performance 8 and is on the supplementary DVD that comes with the current Autosalon mag.
The car has a very serious engine build, turbo set up as well and completely modified drivetrain.

thats actually the reason i bought this months issue of the mag, to see his car and then his 2nd gear goes, and the whole video is of his car w/o 2nd, yet autosalon drive the cars to the limits! yeah without 2nd awesome

Me too, but not because of the 2nd gear problem but because I already had that footage from the Serious Performance DVD. It's not Autosalon driving at all.

monster of a car, could be quickest s2k accordingly to alex at plazmaman if they wouldn't mind driving it and breaking a few things to get the record heheh

was talking to Elaug on our last S2ki drive day , his car can punch out about 395kws at the rear wheels .
he smoked up the rears a few times for us non-turbo owners to envy !!! :o
