I did a quick search but wasn't able to find any results on this.

What exactly is rear subframe tearout?

How to tiebars(?) stop this?

Basically the only way to 100% be sure this wont happen is with one of these ASR kits

Personally I think its overkill unless you’re running a crazy sway bar setup above 26mm-28mm.
That being said I wouldn’t run anything above 18mm without some sort of reinforcement kit. IE standard white line heavy duty mounts or a beaks kit for a ITR/CTR sway bar setup. But these are only 98% effective and you can still tear the sub frame with them. The white line one “plucks” the bolts and the beaks kit would do the above.
