Hi guys,
I'm not quite sure what they are called but I think they are called "Door sills" or "entry Guards". I'm talking about the plastic piece that is on the body of the car that u only see when u open the door, and usually says the car model on it...in my case it says Integra :)

What i want to know is firstly what they are really called, and secondly i want to put illuminating ones that shine blue and say INTEGRA (Looks cool at night!!).
Anybody know where i can get something like that from? Or where i can ask about them?

Much appreciated fellas

Thanx boys, so far I have found that its the part of the door that is covered which is called "Door Sills", and the actual plastic that covers the door sills is Scuff Plates.....so thanx for that info, it allowed me to do a few more searches about it and find out exactly whats called what.

Only problem now is to actually find a place that makes illuminating scuff plates with the INTEGRA badge!!

Any help on that would be much appreciated

Thanks for the reply Mashimaro to my PM and great work with that pic!!

I'll give motorware a call now....hoping they have one that says integra only though....or atleast Vtech....don't wanna false advertise my car :)

Was hoping the actual illuminating text would be bigger though....looks kinda small in the photo.....but the world ain't perfect i spose.

I'll post back after i've spoken to motorware

Sadly boys, i just got off the phone with motorware and they don't have any more in stock and aren't going to bring any more in stock either.
He also didn't know of anybody else that sells them either.

They only have a few left for civics!!!

Anybody know of another place to get them???

Didn't think it would be this hard to get some :(

The world of ebay is a wonderful place Ice but it lets me down when it comes to finding this specific thing.

Seems like ebay isn't always the answer to our dreams......i'm still keeping the faith but!!

Hey mate,
yeah they said they only have a few left for civics.
The man to ask about details is Mashimaro as he bought his from there for his integra. Look at the photo posted by him for the integra type R. The civic ones will be the same thing as that.
As for costs i didn't ask cause he didn't have what i wanted, but Mashimaro told me his cost him about 100 dollars (for the pair) and they need to be wired up to the power of ur car. They not glow in the dark stickers, they are actually lights that need power to glow.

Mashimaro installed his on his own and i've heard from others that its quite easy to do urself. If u check online u'll find instructions....i found some when i was looking but don't remeber site. Not hard to install though.

Everybody is gonna have them but me now!!!!!!

im pretty sure they never made integra specfic ones. I've never come across door steps that has just CIVIC or just INTEGRA. I've only ever seen integra type R and civic type R in my design. I've come across others but they dont illuminate.
