Hi All,

First post on this site, recently purchased a Honda Civic VTiR Hatch, 95 model i think, EK4?? Absolutely bog stock, but in excellent condition. I've tried to find places to purchase accessories from in Australia, but with little success. If anyone knows of good places to buy honda parts, please post them on this thread.

I was after:

Front and rear lip, same as Civic Type R if possible, even if someone in Aus. makes fibreglass copies.

Civic Type R Carbon Gauge Surround.

Clear side indicators. Seen them on american websites, cant find them here. Do any later model hondas have the same shape indicator but in clear?

Better Headlights??? EK Lights seem to be very dull.

Check the For Sale:Traders forums. Think vivagarage is selling the lips/kits.

ask EK4 - i think viva garage might have the civic type r copy front/rear bars...

carbon fibre gauge surround - ebay, or there were a few people selling them in the for sale section i think?...

clear side indicators you would be able to get from most local shops... places like autobarn, autojoy, carmate, motorware etc.... places that sell kits should stock them as well

contact the user:" z10" for it:)
yep thats the one.
easy to install - they simply replace the existing black panel one, but u have to cover up one of the holes as the EK9 bezel is suited to the EK9 dash only. The EK4 dash uses a similar assembly but the LEDs are in slightly different order.

p.s. its difficult to fully describe without having them out for a show n tell.

Thanks for the replies.

I'm located in the Riverland, South Australia. Although i live in regional south australia, a lot of my friends drive quick jap cars. eg 200sx's 180's Skylines mainly. Only another 2 vti-r civics in a 100km radius as far as i know :P

Yeah, that's the carbon overlay i'm talking about. Dash looks a little plain at the moment.

I'll be putting a spoon or apexi cat-back system on the car soon. I'll prob. stick with an exhaust with tip offset on the bottom of the muffler. Will be keeping the stock system for defect sticker removal purposes.

Has anyone had a look at those spoon carbon lip extionsions? sheesh, just a bit expensive. Be good if i could find a chinese copy of them in fibreglass :D

Adam which hole r u talking abt?

r u talking abt the filter screen
which the lit up icon being different?

if that what you are talking abt, well simply just use the ek4 filter screen instead of the ek9's...and replace both side ->so it looks the same if you are worried abt the difference in colour

but yes the filter screen of the lit up icons on the ek9 does have slight bolder hue compared to the ek4 :)
