heyz.. was just wondering if anyone knows wat it means when HIDs start to fade from the orginal bluish tinge... to a yellow tinge??? faulty product or need change of car battery? or neither? thanks

Well I know when they first turn on they are very blue and as they warm up get whiter, but this isn't what you mean is it?

Either your HID bulb are ageing, or your HID bulb are loosing there colours.
I got HID on my car and it is still good after 2.5yrs of use.
but then again my one is Hella.

hehe.. nah man... umm... when i first installed the product a few months ago it was fine... but now.. when u look at one of the blubs, its has a yellow tinge instead of blue, the light it gives out is just like a normal blub, yellowish...

sorry dude, cant say, out of respect for the person i brought it off... but yeah... i think that my houseing for my dc5 is starting to turn yellow, hence mayb the yellow tinge??? im not realli too sure... all i know is i got one side that has a blueish tinge, and one side that is yellow.... :eek:

dude, obviously ive already ask that person before id posted this thread, and we culdnt seem to come up with an answer... but thanks for the comment newaiz :wave:
