Hey Steve ;)

I posted this two threads down:

EG springs will also fit to an EF/ED but if you want to switch the front shocks then you must use the EG upper wishbone (which bolts straight up )

So I'm guessing that you can EK to an EF/ED as long as you use the EG wishbones as well

I meant damper fork at the front so:

EG/EK struts have a larger diameter - but the damper fork (NOT the upper wishbone as I mistakenly called it) can be swapped for an EG one at the front. This is the fork that mounts the shock at its top and then straddles the front lower arm (see below).

With the backs - I have a feeling they will fit - I'm running EG ones front and back and run the same disk brakes as the Aussie CRX. There are two styles though - one drops in and the other has an eyelet to bolt to the suspension. Check to make sure you have the right one.

If you use the EG (EK) springs as well, you may find that they dont quite sit nicely in the upper cup that mounts them to the top of the strut. Just get a hobby knife and trim out the small stops inside the rubber cup and they will be fine.

Disclaimer: This is all done on my EF9 - not on an Aussie car - but I've been told the front still works and my car runs the same brakes out back as the Aussie CRX.

Cheers

I *think the 3G rex was based on the EG, so I'd hesitate to say yes at the front. Best bet it to compare parts catalogues at peddars or whiteline
