What is B pipe?

Many ppl say they got B pipe for sale...
So what is B pipe?
is that mean the cat back exhaust pipe without the muffler?

b-pipe is the part between the cat and the axleback..

a cat back can also connect to a test pipe, but i don't recommend using them on the street unless you want to get impounded :D
