dc2 same as dc4 kit?

im gettin a mugen front n side lip/skirtZ, but be4 i order, i just wondering if they will fit my car?
the shop told me that those are the dc2 kits, so i was wondering if they will fit on my dc4? because they hav to order it from S.A so i cant go and hav a look be4 i buy

yes DC2 & DC4 will take same body kit parts, just be sure they specify '93-'97 or '98-'01 as there was an update.

pre facelift dc4 will fit pre facelift dc2 (93-97)
facelift dc4 will fit facelift dc2 (98-01)

be very sure that you're buying the right kit for your specified model.

Yeah some kit manufacturers make kits for both, the front headlight surround is altered to suit the later headlights, I think this comparison can be done by looking at 'QBall' and '7EGRA's front bars, can you confirm this Quentin?

Yes, this is true. If you look closely, you will notice that the the 94-97 front headlights are the same size, whilst the 98-01 headlights have larger normal driving lights when compared to the inner high-beams.

As a result, it is important you get the right front bar for your model. Otherwise, you will have problems/bad fit around the normal driving lights.

But please remember: Q_ball and I have different front bars!!! LOL

Puttin it simply, they make bars for both pre and face lifted tegs.
So pick the one thats suited to ur model teg :)

Oh, and to set the record straight, my bar's a Trial front whilst Kenno's is a Bommex!

haha yea i was juggling between the bomex one like kenno's and the mugen lips, but then i decied not to, cos it was too "ricey" for me lol:p

Yep, same reason I'm changing the front bar to Buddy Club. A little more subtle than the Bomex, and then I'll also have continuity with the Buddy Club sideskirts and rear bar :thumbsup:

so i know that 94bumpers will not fit on my car, but does that mean the front add on lips +side skirts will be effected aswell? or they will still fit even thor its meant for the 94 models.

If you're talking about adding lips to factory bar then no, a pre-update lip won't fit the update bar like yours.

Unfortunately I don't think there's many if any aftermarket lips for the update like yours and mine. I bought an OEM type r lip for mine and you won't be able to make a '94 Mugen lip fit yours, plus I reckon it'd look a little odd anyhow IMO.

yep side skirts are identical.
