86 Integra Extractors

Hey

I have the engine out of an 86 integra (D16A3) in my civic and want to get some extractors for it. I cant seem to find any and was wondering what ones you guys are using?

And have any of you guys got different cams in one of these engines?

most series of engines in honda use the same parts (B use other B parts, K use other K parts etc.). So basically any D-series extractors and cams would fit your engine (though the extractors may need customising to fit to the cat).

If you want a mild upgrade you might wanna look at the cams and headers from an EK1 civic, as they would be slightly more agressive than an 86' integra :).

i have been told by a few shops that the ones that come stock on the d16a are as good as your gonna get...

I got the Genie Extractors on my D16A3. 9.5:1 compression ratio and DOHC is sweet as, best D series engine by far. :thumbsup:

If all goes to plan, I will hopefully have a Turbo one by the end of the year. Should put about 250hp down to the front wheels in my integra. 13s quater mile anyone. :cool:
