Integra LS (DA9) new cluster bg - pics inside

Doing a complete overhaul of my DA9 which includes spraying parts of the dash white and changing the instrument cluster background images.

Attached to this post are pics of the backgrounds I was going to use till I changed my mind and decided to change the bg colour from yellow to white.
Basically its just 4 pics. Fuel, Temp, Tacho and Speedo. I will take pics of it in my car when its all done and finished to show what it looks like but I can tell you now its damn sexy! :D

Also attached is a file called 'background-ex.jpg'. What I did with this was put the actual image (speedo-ex.jpg) ontop of this image and aligned them properly. This is so when you put your lights on at night the lights inside the cluster dont shine through black bits of background-ex.jpg. It works very well.

Its 2:45am right now and I am dead tired but when I get it all in my car and take pics I can put basic instructions up if enough people are interested.

EDIT: oh, btw. For the speedo you will notice it is 10km/h higher than what it should be. This is because a friend of mine played with the cluster a year or so ago and for some reason since then it reads 10km/h lower than what the car is going. I tried fixing this but couldnt find the cause so I just adjusted the image to suit :P

Thats awesome! but would there be a way to make some with a different style and font? and also background???? if you can do this for me then I'm 100% interested, oh btw have you fixed that speed metering issue? 10kmh off aint good I would like mine to be 100% spot on.......

Just thought i'd tell you that i was also researching this last year sometime and ran into a guy on ebay who makes them.. he said if i sent him the pics or even send in my faces (i kno it sounds dodgy) that he would make some up.

His work looks pretty decent and you can basically customize it anyway you want.. But a lot of people do spend that sorta money so its there for them.. I'm sure we could also bulk buy and get discounts but anywho..

His work looks pretty decent and you can basically customize it anyway you want.. But a lot of people do spend that sorta money so its there for them.. I'm sure we could also bulk buy and get discounts but anywho..

yeah i wouldnt mind if we could get a bulk or group buy happenin.
but im sure we would all want various patterns etc... which would eliminate any discount that would of existed in the begining. personally ive got a chrome surround goin in (they wouldnt let me take the 1 i got from the states when my car was stolen), and wouldnt mind gettin sumthin 2 change the colour of the dials at nite (yes it has been covered b4). as for a different colour guage... depends how far i go with the car... i dont wanna ruin the whole thing by gettin a carbon fibre lookin 1, when theres no carbon fibre anywhere else on the car etc...

I have made some modifications to the original pictures I posted up.
The actual images I made using Paint Shop Pro (.psp) and the image is layered. So you could change the font if you like. I love that font though! Surprised noone else liked it :(

Thanks for the headsup for the DIY speedo adjust, ill look into it.

Ill have a writeup done once I finish and take pics. I think ill be spraying a clear coat on the black frame too, would look sexy :)

Also, to add. I did some electronic mods in the cluster. I added 3 extra light bulbs to brighten it up at night.
I wont have a chance to make custom ones for anyone as im flat out with work (I work for myself) and find it hard to find time to work on my car :( the pictures will be provided for anyone who asks though, once I finish everything.

^^^ Yeah if you can that would be awesome since I'm after a CF look for mine with white numbers just like the stock ones or maybe in silver???? I also want to integrate the Mugen logo onto mine just to give it an overall theme.
