I mentioned this a little while back, but as some of you know, the cogs in Canberra turn very slowly...
The EP3 has actually been listed on the SEVS register for importing for quite some time, but only as a new vehicle - in other words, Honda Oz may have been considering importing them at some stage.
Well, after a crapload of paperwork, they're now eligible as used imports, meaning that in 6 months or so, you can import them for around $25-27K. I have a mate who's going to do the evidence for the first cars into the country - if you want free compliance (a saving of $3000) and are prepared to wait, then let me know.
Having said that, this is not inteneded to be a spam thread - I'm just happy they're finally available, and you can import them through a variety of different companies.
