dvd combo, but miss sumfn

got dvd combo lyin round jus a few quick questions

jvc kd-dv5000
it has all the looms etc

a dvd.cd receiver model xav-77
now on this unit all necessary wiring is there
there is a cable (kinda thick) already attached that obviouisly leadds sumwhere all it indicated ont he back of this unit is 'Supplied Unit'

its gota b sumfn like a converter or sumfn like that
neone know where i can srouce one, good, 2nd hand is ok
