Where is the IACV located on a D15B4 engine? Is there a DIY on how to remove and clean it for my engine type? Cant find anything in the Haynes book.

D15B4 motor does not use a IACV as it is a carby motor.
There is a small stepper motor, between the carbies and the cyl head that acts can be cleaned. Also, near the passenger side strut tower, there is a small upside down cup, with 3 screws holding it down. This is the autochoke(close as you get to a IACV on a carb motor) and this can be cleaned or replaced if the diaphragm is torn/cracked.

both you dudes are wrong
dual carb does have EACV. ( same part as EFI model )
its on the intake manifold between the carbs and the head.

that link doesnt work
its just the two 10mm head bolts and the two coolant tubes.
try and plug the coolant tubes.
release the presure from radiator 1st. ( dont burn your self ) and put the cap back on.

Which coolant tubes? The two hoses off the top of this EACV stepper motor are air hoses. They bypass the throttle body to supply air on closed throttle. I assume the coolant lines are underneath?
